The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique team that predominantly work across the education and healthcare sectors, delivering a wide variety of projects across London.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll manage projects independently, occasionally managing multiple projects simultaneously, with involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who''s looking to join a smaller consultancy with real progression and the right environment to build a career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Consultancy experience is essential
• Ideally MRICS or working towards APC
• Experience across the education & healthcare sectors is beneficial but not essential
• Confident in client-facing environments
• Ambitious, hard-working and a team player
