Avenues is a community where people smile, laugh, grow and achieve great things. We are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join the team within Amis Avenue and Addlestone services. This role will be across both of these services, supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. There will be 4 homes total that require 24 hour support, supporting individuals within their own homes and their community. It is a requirement for this role hold a full UK manual driving licence and have access to a vehicle.This is a hands-on role. The candidate will play a key role in managing these changes and will have passion for driving improvement for the best interest of the people we support. Understands the balance between keeping our people safe and positive risk taking. Have a good understanding of the social care sector and how these benefits and impacts the people we support. Stay up to date with policies and procedures to carry out and maintain safe and best practices. Support the Service Manager to recruit new employees and
