The Role
You will be involved in a diverse range of exciting projects, including:

• Strategic land promotion and site allocation through local plans
• Preparation and management of complex planning applications and appeals
• Feasibility studies and development appraisals
• Input into Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Public consultation and community engagement activities
• Providing strategic planning advice and creative solutions for clients

Requirements

• MRTPI-qualified
• Minimum of 3 years'' professional planning experience
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
• Full UK driving licence
