Are you an experienced Machine Operative with a good understanding of static plants and isolation procedures? Do you have a great eye for detail and fault finding? If you answered yes then Holcim are looking for someone just like you to join them as a Wash plant operative trialling a new project. The successful candidate will be someone who has a manufacturing background, is flexible and happy to work independently. Role - Wash plant operative Pay - £13.45 per hour for day shift,£17.62 per hour for afternoon shifts and then £19.87 per hour for night shift Location- Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD Shift pattern- For the first 1-2 months you will be training on the day shift Monday to Friday. Once your training is completed you will move onto afternoons and when competent to work alone on to the night shift.
