Tuition will take place face-to-face only at a community centre in OX28, during weekday school hours (no evenings or weekends). The sessions total 6 hours per week, spread across 3 days.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level.Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the learner''s individual needs, communication style, and attention profile.Liaise with parents/carers and professionals where appropriate to support progress against EHCP outcomes.Maintain accurate records of attendance and learning progress.About You:Experience working with neurodiverse learners, especially students with ADHD and/or non-verbal communication needs.A calm, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.Strong understanding of adaptive and creative teaching methods.Enhanced DBS check (required).Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), HLTA, or significant tutoring/SEND experience preferred.How to apply:Please send a copy of your CV over to (url removed)
