As a flexible, modern consultancy they continue to deliver exceptional service to clients using the latest equipment, working practices and technology.Ideally you will be an experienced Asbestos Surveyors that hold the BOHS P402 or P403 certificate (or other alternative recognized certification).Key responsibilities of the Asbestos Consultant:Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspectionCompliance with all relevant legislationDevelop, maintain and build client relationshipsVisual inspection and 4 stage clearance proceduresCollection of factual and numerical data via tablet device BOHS P402 and/or BOHS P403/P404 (or equivalent).One plus years pre-existing experience of work within the asbestos consultancy industry is essential, and any academic or vocational qualifications are highly desirable.As a minimum, you must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and knowledge of current legislationMinimum 1 year relevant field experience Working with handheld tables Hands on experience of using tools and technical equipment (including IT)You must hold a full UK driving licence Company Vehicle / Mobile Phone provided Uniform 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Access to additional training for further qualifications, Excellent opportunities and support for career progression.
