About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Derry/Londonderry. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, consistent food while helping to lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and the Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations
• Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction

Requirements

• Proven experience as strong Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
