The setting provides a supportive environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them to engage with education and work towards the outcomes identified within their EHCPs. The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will work across primary and secondary age groups, providing individual and classroom support, following EHCP targets and using a consistent and resilient approach when supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
