Working with international manufacturing partners, they are committed to delivering high-quality, safe and compliant products to the UK market. They are now looking to recruit a Technical Manager to join their Technical team. Despite the job title, this is not a people management role. Instead, you''ll use your technical expertise to assess products, drive quality improvements and ensure products meet all relevant safety and compliance standards before reaching customers. The Role Working closely with internal departments, suppliers and third-party testing organisations, you''ll play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring products are safe, reliable and fit for purpose. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing the quality, safety and performance of household electrical appliances. Reviewing new products before launch and recommending product improvements. Investigating product quality issues, customer complaints and returned products. Carrying out root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions.
