Key Accountabilities Carry out inspection and preventative maintenance of key equipment in line with internal utilities registers and management control procedures. Performing routine machinery inspections and maintenance tasks. Diagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns and malfunctions. Supporting the installation of new machinery and equipment. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. General facilities maintenance. Plumbing, pipe fitting, and compressed air systems. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems; fitting, fault finding and repair. Mechanical fault finding and repair of pumps, compressors, fans and rotating machinery. Safe systems of work; permit systems and risk assessments. Providing input into the development of preventative maintenance strategies. Documenting all maintenan
