Apprentice Accounts Assistant - Wilmslow - Permanent - up to -26K DOE

Our client is a well known and trusted provider in their field. Due to continued company growth, they are now looking for an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in Finance, where you will have the opportunity to complete your studies whilst progressing within the company.

Duties include:

- Raising, processing and matching of invoices

- Maintain financial records, uploading correct documentation

- Bank reconciliations

- Deal with supplier payment queries

- Chasing overdue payments, monitoring client accounts

- Supporting with payment plans when necessary

- Maintain legal documentation

- Liaise with internal departments to support with additonal admin duties and ensure that operations are ran smoothly

The successful candidate will be keen to kick start their career in finance, looking to progress with their studies. You will ideally have experience working with a customer service or admin role, with a high attention to detail and strong communication.
