This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts experience to work within a collaborative and supportive environment.The position will suit a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting daily banking processes, including transfers and reconciliationsProcessing electronic payments (e.g. BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments)Assisting with bank and ledger reconciliationsPosting and processing financial transactions across client and office accountsSupporting billing activities and maintaining accurate sales ledger recordsAllocating incoming payments and resolving any discrepanciesAssisting with month-end and year-end financial processesHandling finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date financial recordsEnsuring compliance with relevant financial procedures and regulations.Skills Required:Experience using accounting or practice management systemsPrevious experience in an accounts or finance roleStrong numerical and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational abilitiesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and finance systemsBenefits:25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays with Holi
