Working closely with production, engineering, customers and suppliers, you ll manage quality systems, conduct audits and investigations, and drive improvements that help us exceed customer expectations and maintain industry standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve internal and supplier quality systems Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis (8D, 5Y) Compile and review Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs) Inspect in-house and third-party supplied products to ensure compliance Maintain formal quality documentation for lifetime traceability Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track corrective act
