Facilities Contract Administrator 

I am currently recruiting for my client for a facilities contract administrator. You will have a administration background preferably from facilities. 

Sector: Commercial Maintenance 

Duties will include using an inhouse database as well as using microsoft packages, making sure all ppm's and ppm sign off's are logged, raising PO numbers for sub contractors, talking to engineers and sub contractors to confirm works, producing WIP reports and other reports for managers, as well as helping the contract manager. 

Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday 

Salary is 30K
