Orka Financial is currently partnering with a business based in Windsor that is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join the team . This role reports into the Senior Finance Manager and is responsible the preparation of timely and accurate financial information to support external statutory compliance and reporting for all UK legal entities as well as the production of the management accounts.Duties include,Assist with the preparation and filing of the annual financial statementsAssist in the annual and interim audit processMonthly intercompany process.Accounting for external and intercompany loansAssist with the month end close process through preparation of journals and analysis including accruals and prepaymentsPreparation of balance sheet reconciliationsContribute to the month-end close process by providing commentary.Prepare quarterly tax returns, including VAT and Corporation TaxThe role requires a qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA with solid experience in statutory accounts preparation and strong financial/management accounting experienceThe role is based in Windsor and operates hybrid working. The salary is up to £65000 DOE
