Responsibilities and duties of the Group Lead Account ManagerReporting to the Service Director, you will:Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.Define and execute commercial and business development strategies within the Waste-to-X / energy services portfolio.Build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships to support contract renewals and account expansion.Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking across service categories.Increase share-of-wallet with existing customers while identifying and securing new accounts and service opportunities.Oversee the successful delivery of service and small-to-medium projects, driving performance, quality, and margin improvement.Act as the primary escalation point for commercial, contractual, and project-related issues.Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all account activities.Collaborate closely with Field Service, Technical Service, Spare Parts, and other internal teams t
