HR Business Partner (12-18months) We''re looking for an experienced HR professional to join the team, giving both strategic and hands-on HR support to managers and employees. You''ll mix business partnering with employee relations, recruitment, policy development and day-to-day HR operations, helping to build an engaged, compliant and high-performing workforce. It''s a varied role where you''ll work closely with managers and senior leaders, and your advice will really shape the business. What you can expect: Salary: £45,000 per annum Working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday North Herefordshire Hybrid up to 2 days per week working from home Duration: 12-18months fixed term contract 25 days holiday plus bank holidays The chance to contribute to strategic HR projects and the wider HR agenda What you will be doing: Partner with managers and leaders to deliver people strategies that support business goals Advise on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, probation and performance issues Lead recruitment and onboarding, as well as workforce and succession planning Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to keep the business compliant Support organisational change, restructures and consultations Analyse people data to spot trends and recommend ways to improve engagement and retention Coach managers on people management, employment law and company policy Coordinate training, talent management and career development Support ..... full job details .....
