Morgan is seeking talented candidates for the Chief Analytics Office (CAO) of the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB).The CIB CAO is responsible for accelerating the Analytics agenda globally across Markets Trading, Sales and Research, Payments, Securities Services, and Global Banking-driving the integration of advanced analytics and AI into business strategies to deliver measurable commercial impact.The responsibilities of the Chief Analytics Office include advancing both traditional AI/ML and generative AI capabilities, identifying priorities and focusing on high-impact AI use cases, setting the GenAI strategy around LLMs and Agentic AI, reusing and scaling AI solutions across lines of business, fostering a culture of innovation and an AI-first mindset among employees.The AI Portfolio Management team for the CIB Chief Analytics Office is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the AI operating model and for driving the most strategic AI initiatives in the entire CIB. The position would support delivery of the CIB''s strategic priorities, providing portfolio governance, contributing to business development and enabling the wider AI/ML community.Job responsibilitiesManage key transformational AI initiatives, enabling idea generation, prioritization and identifying reuse and scale opportunitiesCreate intuitive and interactive data visualizations to present complex information to senior stakeholdersCollaborate and partner with stakeholders to drive delivery and impact, evaluate strategies and insights, and alignment on prioritiesScope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities to design solutionsSupport delivery of CIB analytics operating model and CIB CAO Book of Work in partnership with the in-business CAOsSupport coordination, collation and tracking of KPIs and costs/benefitsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDriven with a strategic and curious mindset and keen to continuously learnPrior experience in supporting AI/ML teams, an understanding of AI/ML Technologies and managing large book of workOutstanding ability to analyse problems and apply quantitative analytical approachesAble to deliver to conclusion multiple initiatives across a diverse group of partners, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressureEasily assimilate new information with excellent attention to detailStrong verbal/written skills; ability to communicate effectivelyProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau and AlteryxPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience or understanding of Financial ServicesBusiness management, project or product management experienceAbout UsJ.P.
