You will work closely with the Duty Manager to oversee the entirety of the Front Office and Guest Relations operations. Being the first point of call to assist our guests with their needs and requirements with a courteous, professional and welcoming manner. Delivering consistent and effective communications that adhere with our Shangri-La policies and procedures. You will be responsible for the on-job training, and support to our Front office service agents and overseeing of the daily tasks aligned with Front Desk.Were looking for a candidate who has a level of experience within a similar environment; Our front office team members will have a thorough knowledge of Forbes standards, an immaculate appearance, as well as motivation and a positive attitude.
