The position offers excellent opportunities for personal development and to grow with the business.About The Role:The main purpose of the role will be to manage the day-to-day site-based activities and operational teams for the Company''s major infrastructure projects, delivering works safely and within deadlines. You will ensure work complies with all relevant legislation and industry best practice.Key Accountabilities:Co-ordinate all aspects of work so that the project is completed in line with client requirements, within budget and on time.Manage own teams'' performance and competence of all responsible staff including sub-contractors.Assist in the management of project specific preliminaries.Liaise with the client, sub-contractors, and other trades.Issue Work Instructions and RAM''s and co-ordinate the requirement for any Client specific safety documentation (e.g., Permit to Dig, Break / No break Zones, CDM documentation)Ensure all relevant Operatives are signed on to the correct RAMS.Ensure weekly track sheets
