The ideal candidates will possess strong functional knowledge of Workday processes along with hands-on experience in data migration, data validation, and data transformation activities. This is an urgent requirement supporting a time-sensitive customer project, and the selected resources will play a key role in ensuring a seamless transition with minimal business disruption. Your responsibilities: Analyze and understand existing Workday data structures and business processes. Lead and support end-to-end data migration activities from Workday to a new payroll platform. Gather, extract, transform, cleanse, validate, and reconcile data throughout the migration lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Develop data mapping documents and migration strategies.
