About the role Are you a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys opening conversations, spotting commercial opportunities and turning prospects into customers? We re looking for a Sales Executive to join our Acquisitions team and help us grow our customer base across the UK non-household water market. In this role, you ll focus on winning new business from small and medium-sized organisations, as well as identifying opportunities to help existing customers consolidate their sites or take up additional services. You ll be speaking with decision-makers, understanding their needs, presenting the value of working with Business Stream and helping to deliver a smooth handover from initial conversation through to contract conversion. It s a fast-paced, target-driven role where you ll manage outbound activity, take part in sales campaigns, test customer propositions and share insight that helps us improve how we reach and convert customers. You ll also play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience by providing clear, accurate information and working closely with colleagues across the business. About you You ll be someone who enjoys the pace and energy of outbound sales and knows how to turn a conversation into an opportunity. Experience in B2B sales, telesales, account growth or another target-driven sales environment. Confidence making outbound calls, building rapport and handling objections.
