Reporting into the HR Manager this role would suit a candidate who has previous experience in office administration and management support.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different departments, where no day is the same!Role responsibilities: Providing office support, liaising with the building management team regarding any maintenance issues, parking and visitors.Organising mailManaging office suppliesSupporting employee engagement initiatives, coming up with ideas for events and organising eventsAssisting with employee communications regarding benefits and general queriesScheduling meetings and interviewsAssisting manage administrative duties around company carsGeneral administration, organising files, systems, records etc.Providing administrative support for the wider team when needed.
