A residential property management company providing professional and transparent block management services. The business manages service charge properties and works in line with RICS guidelines, landlord and tenant legislation, and the Building Safety Act. This is a key senior role within the business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office while taking ownership of compliance and building safety across the portfolio. You''ll manage and support the administration team, ensure systems and processes run smoothly, and play a central role in making sure all properties remain compliant with statutory and health and safety requirements.
