Assistant Management Accountant
Bicester, Oxfordshire | 6-Month Temporary Contract | Full Time

We are partnering with a fast-growing, innovative organisation based in Bicester to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a 6-month temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to make a real impact within a dynamic team.

The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will support the day-to-day finance function and play a key role in month-end and year-end processes. You will work within a collaborative team environment where your contribution will be valued from day one.

Key Responsibilities
*Processing cash postings accurately and in a timely manner
*Maintaining and managing the sales ledger
*Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting the year-end audit process and liaising with auditors as required
*Posting month-end journals
*Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across the ledgers
*Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and reporting as needed

What We''re Looking For
*Minimum 2 years'' experience in a similar management accounts or finance support role
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the confident use of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
*Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
*Good communication skills and a collaborative team ethos
