The successful candidate will support students with learning difficulties and disabilities, helping them access mainstream lessons and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Support students with a range of specific learning difficulties in mainstream classrooms.Work closely with teachers and Learning Development staff to plan, deliver, and monitor support.Assist students in developing independent learning, study, and organisational skills.Help students engage with lessons, maintain motivation, and build confidence and self-esteem.Prepare materials, resources, and differentiated tasks to support student learning.Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and the SENCo.Contribute positively to the school team and support the implementation of school policies.
