Applicants should have come from a NAV Fund Accounting background, and be technically sound to deal with complex client queries. Key duties will include;Liaising with clients via email and telephoneEnsuring strict deadlines are metBeing the first point of contact for clientsAttending and preparing for client meetingsDealing with complex escalations, through to resolutionAdministering fund changesOnboarding funds Applicants should have come from a Senior Fund Accounting background, with technical NAV fund experience. Additionally, it is imperative applicants have first class client services experience, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to more junior team members.
