Benefits as a Warehouse Operative:Weekly PayExcellent rates of payGuaranteed shiftsOn-site parkingSubsidised CanteenFully paid trainingResponsibilities for Warehouse Operative:Pick orders accurately and efficiently using hand-held scannersLoad picked items onto pallets, ensuring they are stacked securely and safely.Label pallets and prepare them for shipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments.Requirements for Warehouse Operative:Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, particularly in order picking and pallet loading.Familiarity with using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding task
