Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations in the absence of the Registered/Deputy Care Manager. Support with Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and inspection processes. Manage and support the care team through regular supervisions, appraisals, and training. Conduct comprehensive assessments and create person-centred care plans and risk assessments. Develop rotas that reflect the needs of service users and staff availability What We re Looking For: Essential: Proven experience in a similar management role in the care sector. Background working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
