If you have 3+ years'' experience, predominantly within the professional services sector, we would love to hear from you!Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain an accurate client ledger by ensuring the timely allocation of receipts to accounts.Support portfolio holders with debt collection and conduct monthly meetings to discuss billing, debts, and work in progress.Chase overdue invoices via telephone and email to meet a firmwide lock-up target of less than 90 days.Resolve client and internal queries regarding payments and invoices within 24 hours.Produce updated debtor reports with commentary and expected receipt dates for cash flow forecasting.Escalate non-paying accounts to management or third-party collection agencies and lawyers when necessary.Monitor finance and credit control inboxes to ensure all sales ledger emails are actioned promptly INDCC Portfolio Payroll Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
