Architect - Data Centre

We are representing a leading architectural practice with a strong track record in industrial and technical facilities. Following a series of new project wins in the Data Centre sector, they are now looking for an experienced Data Centre Architect to join their team near Paddington.

Senior Architect Role Overview

• Design and deliver data centre projects from masterplanning through to detailed technical stages
• Work on both single occupier and co-location schemes, supporting end-users and developers across the UK
• Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and sustainable facilities
• Produce robust design documentation and support project delivery on high-value, mission-critical developments

Senior Architect Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering data centre projects or Cleanrooms (essential)
• Strong knowledge of resilience, redundancy, and cooling strategies
• Ability to work across RIBA stages 0-7
• Revit proficiency desirable
• Office based, within commuting distance of either Gratham, Newark or Nottingham

Senior Architect Salary & Package

• Up to -90,000 DOE
