OverviewA London based luxury interiors and lifestyle brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow their brand presence across all social channels. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our social strategy, driving innovation and delivering content that inspires and converts, ensuring brand storytelling is engaging, relevant, and always on-trend. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and paid teams to ensure social is fully integrated across campaigns and always-on brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Meta, and explore emerging platforms.

Manage the social content calendar, ensuring consistency across launches, campaigns, and always-on activity.

Create and oversee social-first content.

Drive brand and influencer collaborations, identifying opportunities to drive reach and engagement.

Handle community management, ensuring audience growth and engagement.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on campaign planning and alignment.

Partner with the Paid Social Media Manager to ensure synergy between paid and organic activity, creating top performing, best-in-class paid social assets.

Monitor performance metrics, producing regular reports with actionable insights to drive growth and engagement.

Stay across trends, algorithms, and platform developments to keep content fresh and competitive.

Ensure all social communications are brand-appropriate and risk-aware.

Essential Skills and Experience

4+ years’ experience managing social media for DTC/consumer brands.

Demonstrated ability to grow and engage large audiences (100k+ followers).

Strong background in both social strategy and day-to-day execution.

Highly creative with a sharp eye for visuals and storytelling.

Highly Skilled in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta.

Video editing, retouching, and asset management skills.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Analytical, with the ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights.

Knowledge of SEO for social media.

Desirable

Paid social media experience.

Interiors, lifestyle, or creative brand background.

Photography and/or videography skills.
