One of our key legal clients is seeing an Application Support Analyst to help support and enhance the business-critical applications that keep their Compliance Department operating at an optimum level. In this role, you''ll: Provide 2nd line support for Compliance applications (Intapp Intake andamp; Conflicts, plus other SaaS tools) Tackle incidents andamp; requests through ServiceNow Troubleshoot system performance issues and fine-tune configurations Work closely with IT, Compliance, and business teams on upgrades and deployments Partner with vendors to keep systems optimized and effective Document processes, fixes, and improvements to strengthen team knowledge What they''re looking for: Experience supporting business-critical applications (ideally in compliance, legal, or risk) Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Excellent Excel skills, ideally utilising Power BI too SaaS + on-premise system support know-how Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Vendor management and escalation experience If you''re detail-oriented, collab
