Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading property owner and operator to appoint a Facilities Manager into its expanding Build to Rent portfolio. This is a client-side opportunity offering ownership of a bespoke London portfolio within a growing residential estate. Working as part of the wider team and reporting to a Senior Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of the operational facilities, maintenance, and compliance while acting as a key link between central functions and the on-site teams. This is a hybrid role across time at head office, home working, and crucially on-site as you build and sustain strong relationships with colleagues based at the developments. This is a strong opportunity to gain valuable client-side experience within the growing Build to Rent sector, joining an established residential owner that has a strong development pipeline as well as an enviable benefits package. Key responsibilities will include: Take day-to-day Facilities Management ownership of approximately 5-8 Build to Rent developments as part of the wider regional FM function. Carry out regular property inspections and maintain a visible presence across the portfolio, building strong relationships with on-site operational teams.
