Based at our central depot, you''ll maintain a wide range of vehicles and equipment that support essential in-house and external services such as housing repairs, grounds maintenance, highways operations, household waste collections and street cleansing. About the role Carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and plant equipment, including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, chassis, and electrical systems. Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT testing in accordance with DVSA standards and regulations. Diagnose and rectify faults across engine management, fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using advanced diagnostic equipment. Undertake welding, fabrication, and bodywork repairs within workshop capabilities.
