What You ll Be Doing Preparing, negotiating and analysing budgets and cost plans. Ensuring all subcontractors are fully pre-qualified and compliant. Procuring subcontractors and preparing relevant order documentation. Assessing and certifying subcontractor interim payments, including issuing Payer/Pay-Less notices. Providing advice on contractual and legal matters, identifying and mitigating commercial risks. Producing and presenting monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs). Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships across project and commercial teams. Allocating, overseeing and evaluating work carried out by yourself and others. Supporting the wider commercial team and mentoring Quantity Surveyors. Ensuring effective communication between commercial and operational site teams. Attending site regularly as required.
