Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and proactively pursue overdue payments in a professional manner. Allocate cash accurately and complete regular bank reconciliations. Assess new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits. Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes efficiently. Monitor aged debt, credit ratings and account risk. Recommend escalation or recovery action where required. Support month-end reporting and maintain accurate ledger records. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
