This role would suit someone with a Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or technically focused Design Engineering background, who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving technical challenges and working directly with customers and stakeholders. Whilst CAD remains an important part of the role, this is not a drawing production position. Much of the detailed and repetitive CAD work is completed by external design resources, allowing you to focus on project coordination, technical problem solving, customer engagement and continuous improvement of design processes.
