Philanthropic and corporate support will be an important part of making those ambitions possible. We''re looking for an Individual and Corporate Giving Manager to help us grow income from individuals, members, donors and businesses. This is a key income-generation role within The Roses, working closely with our Head of Marketing and Development. You''ll combine excellent relationship-building with a practical, target-driven approach to finding new supporters and making sure the people and businesses who already support us feel valued and engaged. You don''t necessarily need to come from an arts organisation, but you''ll need to understand what makes people want to support a cause, be comfortable developing relationships, and have the confidence to turn those relationships into sustainable income. What you''ll be doing: As our Individual and Corporate Giving Manager, you will: Grow individual giving and membership, recruiting new supporters while improving retention, renewals and the long-term value of existing relationships.
