Description Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via inbound calls. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively. Log and update customer interactions and queries in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
