Quality Inspector Job Overview Work with the team to create and maintain a Quality focused culture throughout the business.Dimensionally and visually inspect products to detailed technical drawings and specifications.Carry out first offs, last offs, patrol inspection, incoming material and final inspection checks.Communicate with our customers to discuss any potential or actual quality issues discovered.Quarantine, log and report all non-conforming products promptly.Investigate and analyse and non-conforming product or any deviation to specification and raise Concession requests and when required, Non-conformance reports.Raising First Article Inspection Reports (training can be provided)Create, review and verify Certificates of Conformity.Accurately complete manufacturing records, ensuring accuracy and full product and process traceability.
