They are looking for a temporary, proactive Customer Sales and Office Coordinator to join their supportive office team.This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, administration and general office coordination. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers, following up opportunities, keeping records up to date and helping the wider team keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. They will also have experience in the medical sector.Your ResponsibilitiesHandling incoming telephone calls, emails and general customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Making proactive telephone calls to existing and prospective customers to introduce products and services, identify opportunities and arrange further contact where appropriate.Maintaining accurate records of customer conversations, enquiries and sales activity.Supporting the processing of customer orders, including checking details, monitoring outstanding items and keeping customers updated.Liaising with couriers, suppliers and colleagues to help resolve delivery or order queries.Providing general administrative and sales support to members of the wider team.Assisting customers with basic website queries and helping new customers get set up with the ..... full job details .....
