An established and growing care provider is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to support large residential and nursing homes across its Midlands portfolio. This is a pivotal role focused on enabling Home Managers to achieve strong operational, quality and commercial outcomes. The Regional Support Manager will act as a supportive peer, working alongside Home Managers to drive performance, strengthen compliance and deliver high quality care. The Regional Support Manager will provide hands on support tailored to the specific needs of each home. While the role is not designed to replace the Home Manager, there may be occasions where temporary management cover is required.
