Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
 
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in the City of London. What you''ll do:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
• Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on systems including HVAC plant, lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, pumps, motors, and general plant equipment.
• Ensure all building services systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
• Support small works, system upgrades, and general engineering maintenance tasks across the site.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed works.

• City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across both electrical and mechanical systems.
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance operations.

• £48,000 per annum salary
• Monday-Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)
