How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in London:Leading daily meetings with the Lettings teamCoaching the team to achieve KPI’sMonitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)Strong focus on generating new and repeat businessLiaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needsEnsuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents:Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicleMinimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higherDemonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each otherThe ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branchThe ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitorsA strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential LettingsGood telephone mannerStrong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.Full UK Driving LicenceLegal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth CertificateArmed Forces Covenant:
