The Role You ll carry out service, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and installations across a range of Fire and Security systems. Working across counties, you ll ensure systems are safe, reliable, and compliant. Occasional visits (once every 1 2 weeks) to the hub in Basingstoke to connect with the wider team and allow stock collection. Key Responsibilities Servicing, repairing, and installing: Fire Alarms Intruder Alarms Access Control Systems Warden Call or Telecare Systems Fault-finding and providing effective solutions on client sites Carrying out surveys, routine maintenance, and remedial works Working to strict service-level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards Maintaining accurate records of work completed Liaising directly with clients, coordinators, and ma
