I''m working with a well-established façade contractor based in London who is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth.
The company delivers façade packages on projects ranging from £1m-£10m, covering both new build and re-cladding/remediation schemes across London and the South East. They have a strong reputation within the industry and a healthy pipeline of secured work.

The Role

• Managing the commercial aspects of façade and cladding projects from inception through to final account.
• Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports.
• Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working closely with project teams to ensure projects remain commercially on track.
• Attending client meetings and supporting commercial negotiations.

• £60,000 - £80,000 salary.

• Experience working for a specialist façade, cladding or external envelope contractor.
• Strong commercial knowledge across subcontract packages.
