The role offers exposure to a broad range of privately funded family work, providing the opportunity to build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of private family law matters.Advising clients on divorce, separation and financial remedy proceedings.Handling private children matters, including child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes.Advising on cohabitation disputes and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.Drafting legal documents, court applications and correspondence.Representing clients throughout their matter and liaising with counsel, courts and third parties where appropriate.Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.Supporting business development activities ..... full job details .....
