You will provide double-handed care to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Your responsibilities will include making equipment recommendations to enhance clients'' independence and quality of life. Utilizing your expertise in moving and handling, you will support clients with mobility challenges. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
