The Role We''re looking for a senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and delivery of a digital service on a UK public sector programme. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to understand user needs, set priorities and make sure the service meets the GDS Service Standard at every phase. At SFIA Level 5 you''ll work with a high degree of autonomy, influence senior stakeholders and take accountability for the outcomes of your product. Key Responsibilities Set the product vision, strategy and roadmap, linked to user needs and policy or business goals. Own and prioritise the backlog, balancing user value, risk, cost and delivery constraints. Work with user researchers, designers, developers, delivery managers and analysts to shape and improve the service. Take the service through discovery, Alpha, beta and live, and prepare for GDS service assessments. Define success measures and track performance, using data to decide what to build next.
